Kindergarten and New Students- It is time to enroll for the 2021-22 School Year!

If you are new to the neighborhood, did not attend Birch for the 2020-21 school year, or have an incoming Kindergartner, it is time to enroll your child for the 2021-22 school year!

We would love to have you get to know our amazing, kind, caring, and high-performing school!
Due to Covid restrictions, we are unable to offer in-person tours, but our principal,
Tanya Santee is happy to have a 1:1 video chat with you to tell you all about our amazing community.
If you would like to set up some time with her, please give our Office Manager, Ellen Hudiburg, a call at

Title IX empowering students to end sexual violence

Sexual assault, sexual harassment and gender-based harassment are issues that impact many, if not all, school districts across the country.  Unfortunately, BVSD is not immune to these problems.

Over the last year, we have been working as a District and with students, parents and community partners to take action on the issue.

This week we welcomed back the last wave of students for in-person learning. It has been great to see students back in our buildings, getting direct support from their teachers, interacting with their friends, and simply being kids again. We are, however, tracking some concerning data when it comes to COVID-19 cases in our community and state.
